Mark Radcliffe presents a Classic Concert from Prince recorded for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 1. In 1993, at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Broadcasting House Concert Hall, Prince played a secret show for 300 fans to say thank you for the reception to his then current tour with the New Power Generation.
Tracks he performed included: 1999 / Baby I'm A Star, America / Dance Music Sex Romance, Pope and Peach.
Following Prince's set are two artists: one he inspired - Lianne La Havas - and one who inspired him - the Godfather of Soul - James Brown. Hear James Brown recorded in one of his final live performances for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ at the Electric Proms in 2006 and Lianne La Havas at 6 Music's 10th Birthday Celebrations at the South Bank's Festival Hall.
