Cricketer Nalisha Patel, footballer Freda Ayisi and DofE mentor Shabina Ahmad join Noreen.

Cricketer Nalisha Patel, Footballer Freda Ayisi and Duke of Edinburgh mentor Shabina Ahmad talk action. The ladies chat about their passion for sport and the outdoors and what it can do for ambitious young women and their future opportunities. Noreen asks the panel to share their insights into what spurs them on day to day to achieve their goals in life.

Nalisha plays cricket for the Lancashire Women's cricket team. Birmingham City women's player Freda Ayisi is a top scorer in the Women's Super League and made a name for herself at Arsenal Ladies. The third panelist is Shabina Ahmad who was the first Muslim girl in her school to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme. Shabina now mentors other young people through the D of E scheme. She champions girls from all walks of life to take part in adventurous activities from walking and biking to sailing expeditions and volunteering.
