Mark and Stuart chat to Duluth duo Low. Formed in 1993, Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker met when Alan was 9 and they started making music together when he was 13. They later married and he began singing in her band Low. Even though their music is characterised by slow tempos and strange lyrics, they put out a beautiful Christmas EP in 1999 and are touring their seasonal show this December.
