A rally to protest against flags put up in south Belfast takes place tonight. It's being called the Respect Shared Space Rally.
A rally to protest against flags put up in south Belfast takes place tonight. It's being called the Respect Shared Space Rally. The move comes in the wake of a number of flags, including UVF 1912 flags, appearing in a mixed housing development off the Ravenhill Road. The flags have been erected in a development which is part of the Together Building United Communities programme. The programme, according to the Stormont Executive, is a "commitment to improving community relations". Stephen got the views of loyalist blogger Jamie Bryson and SDLP MLA Claire Hanna.
Also on the programme, reaction to reports of a DUP deal with the Conservatives over Military Covenant - UUP's Doug Beattie and former SF MLA Daithi McKay join Stephen to discuss.
