Including part 5 of Cereal, Music News, Middle Age Shout Outs and Murray Lachlan Young with a poem.

The show moisturiser went missing at the end of July. Off air Shaun has been investigating the disappearance since then & today sees the fifth part of his investigative journalism series - Cereal. Over the course of the week Shaun will attempt to discover what happened to the show moisturiser, how it went missing and hopefully get his hands back on the £6 bottle.

All this plus Matt Everitt joins with the latest Music News including a chat with Andy Barlow and singer-songwriter Lou Rhodes of Lamb, we're searching for your Middle Age Shout Outs and our show poet Murray Lachlan Young wraps up the week with a poem.
