Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert Lammermuir Festival 2018

The Prince Consort explore song influenced by jazz and improvised music in an eclectic programme of songs by Faure, Barber, Rorem, Ravel, Iles and Rebello.

The Prince Consort bring art song and jazz together in a unique series at the Lammermuir Festival. In this first concert pianist Alisdair Hogarth and singers Claire Booth and Joshua Ellicott explore classical songs influenced by jazz and improvised music in an eclectic programme by Faur茅, Barber, Rorem, Ravel, Iles and Rebello.
