This week Jamie has more of his favourite jazz, including highlights from this year’s Cheltenham Jazz Festival.
This includes a recording from the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s special Friday Night Is Music Night: The Song of Soho performance at Cheltenham, which featured the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Concert Orchestra, the Guy Barker Big Band and Georgie Fame celebrating the London borough of Soho through song.
Jamie also shares a recording from the live broadcast of Jazz 625 Live: For One Night Only. This one-off event saw the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s classic jazz programme Jazz 625 brought back for one special evening as part of Cheltenham Jazz Festival, featuring the likes of Jean Toussaint, Gregory Porter, Jacqui Dankworth, Robert Mitchell and more.
