The government has played down weekend claims in a leaked report that a no-deal Brexit could lead to a hard border here, as well as food and medicine shortages. According to Operation Yellowhammer, the dossier leaked to the Sunday Times, plans to avoid a hard border between Northern Ireland and the Republic are "unlikely to prove sustainable because of significant economic, legal and biosecurity risks."
