Malawi's most famous comedian Daliso Chaponda returns for a second series.

The UK and Africa have had a long and complicated past.

This series looks at the history of this relationship as well as current issues, with Daliso as our relationship guidance counsellor, helping us navigate the rocky historical waters between the two places.

Daliso wraps up his series discussing legacies - and whether we can or should redefine how we are remembered.

Whether it be the legacy of the British Empire or that of an autocratic African leader, Daliso suggests that we should talk about the bad as well as the good, the good as well as the bad.

Like burping or breaking wind, it is better out than in.
