Money and having children

Should how much money you have impact how many children you have?

Should how much money you have impact how many children you have? Nihal is asking this after calls for an apology from Conservative leader of Walsall Council, Mike Bird, who said there was a “cultural issue” that leads to people having children they can’t afford. Some people have called his comments insensitive but according to reports Councillor Bird said an apology wasn’t necessary and that limiting children to what people could afford was a responsible view. Then we’ll be joined by professional wrestler, Rizman Khan, who will tell us about why he wanted to do something different when it came to his career. After that we’ll hear about a new South Asian gallery that is currently being built by Manchester Museum. Curator Stephen Walsh, Shared Cultural Heritage City Co-ordinator Sadia Habib and Urussa Malik, a student whose work may be displayed in the museum, speak to Nihal about it. Plus, after Conde Nast named Pakistan the number one travel destination for 2020, we’ll hear from Zeeshan Ahmed, who runs a travel tour company, and Caspar Moran, who visited Pakistan as a tourist, to hear their views on why Pakistan’s tourism industry is becoming bigger.
