In our first programme from the 2019 Great Music in Irish Houses Festival, we have performances from cellist Mark Coppey and Finghin Collins, beginning with Martin暖's Variations on a Slovakian Theme. Finghin is then joined by soprano Ailish Tynan and the Van Kuijk Quartet with Lekeu鈥檚 Nocturne from Trois Po猫mes. And completing today鈥檚 Lunchtime Concert, the Pavel Haas Quartet with Dvorak鈥檚 last piece of chamber music written in 1895- his String Quartet No. 14 in A flat major.
