Lynette speaks to Professor Siobhan O’Neill of the Ulster University, who has the role of NI Mental Health Champion. Professor O’Neill is one of Northern Ireland’s leading experts in the field of mental health and is known for her active and passionate involvement in suicide prevention.

We also speak to the rather wonderful Limerick singer/songwriter Emma Langford, who is releasing her album 'Sowing Acorns' on September 18th.
