They discuss the re-opening of indoor hospitality in England and the risks posed by the so-called India variant of coronavirus. They also debate the government's "levelling up" agenda, and look ahead to the Batley and Spen by-election. And the programme includes an interview with the crossbench peer Lord Burns, on reducing the size of the House of Lords.
