The Irish President Michael D Higgins has been accused of snubbing an invitation to attend a church service in Armagh Cathedral with the Queen to mark Northern Ireland’s centenary.
The event at the end of October is being organised by the leaders of the main Christian churches and is being described as a service of reflection and hope.
