Vinny Hurrell chats with Dr Caoimhe Rooney from Holywood. She now works with NASA and has aspirations to be the first person from Northern Ireland to become an astronaut. He hits the gym with Nicole Meli, a boxer from West Belfast who became elite champion following a Covid inspired comeback after six years out of the ring. Then there’s Carole Wilmont – a former classroom assistant now touring the country with her unique Lego therapy for young people with autism and other special needs.
