The Secretary of State, Chris Heaton Harris, has said it is vital the devolved institutions are restored at Stormont so strategies and legislation to end violence against women and girls are implemented as soon as possible. The comments in a statement to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio came as MLA's gathered at Stormont for a vigil to remember Lurgan woman, Natalie McNally. Laura Richard is a former advisor to Scotland Yard, the Association of Chief Police Officers and the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Office. She tells the Breakfast Show that a specific strategy is needed in Northern Ireland. The DUP MLA Carla Lockhart and SDLP MP Claire Hanna respond.
