Sinn F茅in has said it will not attend Belfast talks involving the foreign secretary because its party president Mary Lou McDonald has been "excluded". A Northern Ireland Office spokesperson said Sinn F茅in's deputy leader Michelle O'Neill had been invited as "leader of Sinn F茅in in the assembly".
