Cerys chats to chef and food producer Maria Bradford about flavours from Sierra Leone. Maria's new cook book Sweet Salone is the first of its kind to celebrate the food from the West African country. There's also poetry from award winning poet Toby Martinez de las Rivas from his latest collection Floodmeadow.

Expect the usual eclectic mix of music from Cerys's record collection as she shares her favourite vintage sounds and her new discoveries. No genre is off limits, there's jazz, blues, folk, roots, soul, funk, disco. from around the world and a trio of Britpop tunes!
