In honour of what would have been the singer鈥檚 60th birthday, this week鈥檚 Vinyl Revival will be Whitney by Whitney Houston. Jo plays her first pick from the album, plus her favourite new music from all genres of the musical spectrum.

Released in 1987, Whitney was Whitney Houston鈥檚 second album. Including hit singles I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Didn鈥檛 We Almost Have It All, Where Do Broken Hearts Go? and So Emotional, the album was nominated for four Grammys, and won best female Pop vocal performance for I Wanna Dance With Somebody.
