Wake up and embrace the day with Zoe Ball!
Zoe has BIG news for Vernon! In November, he will be taking on marathons and ultramarathons across four days to get him from Victoria Park in Leicester, recent home of Radio 2 in the Park, to Bolton Wanderers’ football stadium in his hometown.
We'll tell you nearer the time about how you can get involved to support Vernon on his journey.
Plus, as ever, you choose the tunes in the Seven Thirty Three and Pick Your Own Playlist.
Along with Tina Daheley on news, Jules Lang on travel and Mike Williams on sport, she and the team have the best start to your morning.
There's also a daily Pause for Thought from Father Brian D'Arcy and your calls, voice notes and messages, as Zoe entertains the nation with fun for the family!
