Children and young people鈥檚 therapist, and author, Katie O'Donoghue, on her latest book "The Little Lamb who Led" about the importance of getting kids outside and moving for their wellbeing, self-esteem, and confidence.
And the legendary Irish wedding dance "Rock the Boat" hopes to sit down dance its way into the World Record Books as Derry/Londonderry will attempt to stage the biggest rock the boat in history... and take the title from Galway!
