Music recorded live in concert in Glasgow and Manchester, including Stefan Prins's under_current for electric guitar and orchestra which, begun in the first wave of the Pandemic, he calls his 'corona baby', a 'refuge, a house from which I could react on what鈥檚 happening beyond its walls, in which I could live and breathe freely, without masks or distancing.' Setting Dylan Thomas, William Blake, Tennyson and Kathleen Raine, Alissa Firsova's 'Spell of Creation' advocates human harmony with the earth. And two young Colombian composers, Natalia Valencia and Santiago Lozano, react to grisly historical and contemporary events.
