May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the theme for 2024 is movement - moving more for our mental health. We’ve been digging out the beats that get you moving and the tracks that get you thinking. Music to look after your mind.

Music teacher and former Elephant Sessions guitarist, Mark Bruce, takes over the second hour of the show with a curated playlist. He shares his own struggles with mental health and addiction. His playlist includes the music that shaped him, the music that broke him and the music that healed him, helping him transition to where he is today.
