Two former camogie team mates of Ciara Mageean celebrate her win, Maria McNally and Fiona Keary on their pride, and it's Men's Health Week - Billy Murray and Toby Chick in studio.
"I didn't grow up playing camogie to get boxed in" - Maria McNally & Fiona Keary, Ciara's former team mates at the Portaferry GAC camogie club say that tee shirts are being printed with Ciara's now famous comments to RTE last night after her historic Gold win at the 2024 European Athletics Championship in the 1500 metres.
And it is Men's Health Week. Lynette is joined by East Belfast kickboxer Billy Murray who talks openly about his physical health including prostate issues which had him going to the loo every hour during the night with no sleep. And Toby Chick from the North Belfast Men's Shed found out about the shed 5 years ago. "You need something in your life or you just vegetate" .
