30 Years of Jeff Buckley's 'Grace' album
Johnnie marks the 30th anniversary of Jeff Buckley's 'Grace' album plus Mikko from the Von Hertzen Brothers picks his Rock God.
It's 30 years since Jeff Buckley's 'Grace' album heralded the the sound of America's post-grunge movement. Amazingly, the album, which garnered so much critical acclaim at the time, didn't hit the UK Top 40 until its 20th anniversary. Johnnie celebrates Jeff's rock roots in 'This Week In Rock'.
For the Rock God, Mikko from Finnish rockers the Von Hertzen Brothers is choosing his musical hero. The band are getting ready to release their new album, 'Murmuration', which is out in October, and they'll also be playing several live dates here in November.
