As Wanda guides Luffy and the others to Duke Inuarashi鈥檚 sanatorium, she recounts what happened in Kurau City, the city in the center of Zo. Seventeen days ago, Jack the Drought of the Beasts Pirates, Emperor Kaido鈥檚 right-hand man, invaded Zo with his men, looking for Raizo, a warrior from Wano Country. Despite the minks鈥� desperate appeal that they don鈥檛 know of any Raizo, Jack refuses to listen. Monji, a monkey mink, asks Jack to at least talk to their duke before attacking the city, but Jack flatly refuses. The minks, born warriors who can generate electric shocks from their bodies, are forced to fight back. Back in the present, as Wanda, Luffy, and the others approach the duke鈥檚 sanatorium, Luffy innocently mentions 鈥渘inja鈥� to which Wanda鈥檚 ears perk up.
