After Luffy conquers the Prisoner Mine, Kid and Killer go their own way to find their crewmates. Shutenmaru shows Kin鈥檈mon and Dogstorm the grave markers of their allies who lost their lives 10 years ago after ignoring Shutenmaru鈥檚 pleas and headed to Onigashima to attack Kaido. Much to Kin鈥檈mon and Dogstorm鈥檚 relief, Shutenmaru indicates his determination to join the battle to take down Kaido and Orochi. At the Prisoner Mine, the prisoners are outraged to find out that Luffy is a pirate and refuse to cooperate with him. Luffy incites Momonosuke to reveal his identity to the prisoners. Momonosuke feels daunted at first but works up the courage to identify himself as Oden鈥檚 son and inspires the prisoners.
