John Paul Davies takes your calls on reading, celebrity scrutiny and half-time shows!

Do you enjoy reading? Does the media bully celebrities? And what do you think of the Super Bowl-style half-time show planned for the 2026 World Cup final? Text 8 10 12

On World Book Day, research shows that reading is at its lowest levels since records began in 2005 – with only 1 in 3 UK children saying they enjoy reading. So today, John Paul Davies wants to know; do you enjoy reading, or what puts you off? And if you’re a reader, what book would you recommend to get someone in to reading?

Stranger Things actor Millie Bobby Brown has criticised recent press articles about her appearance, saying "this isn't journalism, this is bullying". So do you think the media bullies celebrities? Or are they fair game as public figures?

The 2026 World Cup final will stage a Super Bowl-style half-time show for the first time, so do you think this is needed? And if so, who should perform?
