The eight designers go high-end, pairing up to transform luxury retirement show apartments in an old converted military hospital in Gosport. They need to attract the affluent baby boomer generation by demonstrating both their design and home-staging abilities, before Michelle and guest judge Sue Timney decide which pair has created the most desirable apartment and which pair will be eliminated.
