Live from Beverley in East Yorkshire, Vern presents a very special show marking the 80th anniversary of VE Day.

Broadcasting a special 'tea party' live from the hometown of treasured listener 'Linda from Beverley', it promises to be a show packed full of stories - many of which will come from people who remember VE Day personally. We'll also hear how the rest of the UK are celebrating; there's live music from hometown hero Calum Scott, incredible 蜜芽传媒 Archive and maybe even the odd singalong moment.

Plus travel reporter Ellie Brennan will be out and about in Beverley, discovering how the people of East Yorkshire are commemorating this important 80th anniversary.
