Adam meets Craige Els and Julie Atherton from the cast of 'Just For One Day' - The Live Aid Musical' opening in London鈥檚 West End. It tells the story of the build-up to, and legacy of, that iconic day in music history in 1985.

Rob Waller from Margate's Summer Series chats to Adam about an impressive line-up of gigs coming to Dreamland this summer - including Tom Jones, Sugababes, Billy Ocean, The Libertines and Texas.

And our resident film critic, Metro's Larushka Ivan-Zadeh, talks us through this week's releases on the big screen.
