Pete Townshend talks about his mission to write for working class people in west London, meeting Roger Daltrey at school, writing hit singles and influential albums like the rock opera Tommy, Quadrophenia and Who鈥檚 Next, playing live in Leeds and at Woodstock, the loss of John Entwistle and Keith Moon, smashing guitars and TV sets and jumping into hotel swimming pools from five floors up and closing the London 2012 Olympics, as well as his joy at still performing.
