Matt Tebbutt shares some of the tastiest recipes from years gone by. We kick off the show by looking back at when Gennaro Contaldo hosted Saturday Kitchen – cue the chaos! He welcomes Anna Jones to the studio as she serves up her knockout black bean tacos.

Bryn Williams delivers a masterclass in ceviche with scallops, peas and smoked roe – a real shows-topping starter! Carmen O’Neal gets us all shaken and stirred with her Eurovision-inspired cocktails – come for the drinks, stay for the outrageous outfits…

Andi Oliver serves up a mouthwatering feast of sticky tamarind pork ribs, root beer braised onions and cornbread, before Tomer Amedi makes a Persian-inspired oxtail stew packed full of fresh herbs and summer greens.

And we round off the show with Nish Kumar facing his food heaven, Szechuan chicken with okra, or his food hell, courgette and strawberry. You’ll have to stay tuned to find out!
