A multi-billion-pound project to build a railway line between Oxford and Cambridge has been classed as an England and Wales project by the UK Government, despite no tracks being laid in Wales. The Lib Dems say Wales should receive around 拢360 million in consequential funding, so is Wales being ripped off by Westminster? And how would your area benefit from more rail funding?
