Kamilah McInnis is joined by Bud Johnston, project manager of Black at Sussex, who is seeking black university guest lecturers and preparing for next month's Brighton Bash Carnival.

Reading beauty pageant queen Sarah Sakala also drops in, and Kamilah finally meets her cover presenter Louise Fidelia live on air. Plus, a celebration of rum's cultural legacy, and University of Brighton photography student Leah Jones shares her bold and cheeky twist on iconic art.
