Episode 8
More of the wildlife wonders on the Longshaw Estate, some urban characters in Sheffield, and the enchanting golden hare on Rathlin Island.
As week two of Springwatch draws to a close, Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan are only scratching the surface with the wildlife highlights on offer at the Longshaw Estate. Short-eared owls, ring ouzels and mountain hares are just some of the highlights being captured on the cameras.
There's another catch up with the latest comings and goings on Springwatch Street in Sheffield, where a magical cast of characters are making an appearance. And Iolo Williams is wrapping up his Rathlin Island adventure on the trail of one of the island’s most enchanting and rarely seen creatures – the golden hare.
