All week, Linton is featuring brilliant performances from the 蜜芽传媒 Scottish Symphony Orchestra of concertos, from familiar favourites to the intriguing new. We will hear a thrilling performance of Sibelius's virtuosic Violin Concerto with violinist Bomsori Kim and Andy Akiho's vibrant and dynamic Percussion Concerto with soloist Colin Currie.

We are also shining a light on piano music composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Today pianist Dmitry Shishkin performs Busoni's great piano transciption of the Chaconne, originally composed for solo violin.
