Amy Macdonald tells Nicola what to expect from her sixth studio album, Is This What You've Been Waiting For?, ahead of its release next month. She also performs its title track and classic hit This is the Life live in a special acoustic session for Afternoons.

Justin Currie and Iain Harvie share what to look forward to from Del Amitri's upcoming concerts in Scotland this summer, and from Justin's forthcoming memoir The Tremolo Diaries.
