Alex Scott picks her Tracks Of My Years
Former England Footballer turned broadcaster Alex Scott picks the ten tracks that have soundtracked her life.
Alex Scott chooses her Tracks Of My Years as the Women's Euros in Switzerland approaches.
Alex was a highly successful footballer, best known for her three spells with Arsenal, and among her accolades with the Gunners are six league titles and 16 cups, including the European Cup in 2007 – in which she scored the winner from 30 yards. She was capped 140 times for England (making her the 2nd most capped women’s player ever), was a Euros runner up in 2009, and came third with England in the 2015 World Cup. She also played for Team GB at the 2012 Olympics in London.
Alex began her media career while still playing, and in 2018 became the first female pundit on Sky Sports. She’s hosted Football Focus since 2021 and is a regular host on men’s and women’s games on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½. In July, Alex - alongside Gabby Logan and Jeanette Kwakye - is hosting ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ TV coverage of the Women’s Euros in Switzerland, which runs from the 5th July until Sunday 27th.
