Laura Wright is in London to celebrate how the power of music stirs the soul, touches hearts and strengthens faith and fellowship.

Laura Wright is in London to celebrate how the power of music stirs the soul, touches hearts and strengthens faith and fellowship.

Laura meets singer-songwriter Andy Flannagan, to discover how he and other prominent worship leaders like Graham Kendrick and Noel Robinson are writing new worship songs with words designed to connect more with modern life. Laura then joins the joyful Citizens of the World Choir, which is made up of 50 refugees and their supporters, to sing and share stories of how the choir creates connections through an inclusive community.

We also meet Dr Michelle Phillips, who has developed trailblazing technology to show what musical power does to our brains and bodies.

With powerful music to stir the soul and glorify God:

1. I Will Sing the Wondrous Story - Guildhall, Londonderry
2. We Seek Your Kingdom - The Church of Christ the Cornerstone, Milton Keynes
3. Praise My Soul, the King of Heaven - The Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich
4. Total Praise - Sound Foundation Choir at Union Chapel, London
5. Siyahamba – Citizens of the World Choir
6. Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah - St Asaph Cathedral
