Hannah French is live at the York Festival of Early Music, with performances by Ensemble Hesperi, Helen Charlston & Thomas Allery, plus soprano Catherine Bott drops in for a chat.
Hannah French is joined by a live audience at the National Centre for Early Music to celebrate the opening weekend of the 2025 York Festival of Early Music. There's live music from Ensemble Hesperi, from mezzo-soprano Helen Charlston and harpsichordist Thomas Allery, and a chance to catch up with a stalwart of the international early music scene - soprano Catherine Bott, who is the recipient of this year's York Early Music Lifetime Achievement Award.
