It’s the first time an international women’s T20 has taken place at the famous Nottingham venue, and the stage is set to be graced by some of the world’s top players, including the world’s top-ranked ODI bowler Sophie Ecclestone and star batter Smriti Mandhana.
England registered a 2-1 series win when the two teams last faced each other in the T20 format in India in 2023, and Charlotte Edwards’ side will be looking to get off to a winning start again on home soil.
