Our Love Label鈥檚 Lost is 鈥楤ack Beat Records鈥�. A label that鈥檚 gone but not forgotten. It was a groundbreaking soul label founded in 1957 by the trailblazing and controversial, Don Robey, whose sharp business instincts, hit-making roster, and complex legacy helped pave the way for Black-owned labels like Motown.
Our 1975 Gold Album is Donald Byrd 鈥� Places & Spaces
Packed with sweeping string arrangements, beautiful vocal harmonies and, above all, layers of sound which combined perfectly into one lush and beautifully emotional soundscape.
And Talcum Time is devoted to the 60s soul of Chicago.
