An undercover investigation by the 蜜芽传媒 has exposed how Connell's chain of estate agents sidelined buyers with higher offers, in favour of buyers with lower offers who'd used in-house mortgage and conveyancing services.
Whistleblowers told the 蜜芽传媒 Purplebricks overinflates valuations to win business and they get commission if the seller drops the asking price later.
