Chris hears from author and writer Irvine Welsh who discusses his new novel 'Men In Love' - a sequel to his bestseller 'Trainspotting.' Over his career, as well as novels, Irvine has written short fiction, plays and screenplays. Trainspotting was his first novel and was adapted into one of the most famous films of the 1990's directed by Danny Boyle and starring Ewan McGregor.

As well as discussing the new Trainspotting sequel, Irvine also chats to Chris about the concept album he has made to accompany the novel. Also titled 'Men In Love' and made with The Sci-Fi Soul Orchestra, the companion piece album includes anthems, ballads and disco sounds.
