In this fourth episode, they take a look at issues around depression and how helpful it was for them to discover that it is ok to talk to someone about one’s issues and sometimes it is ok not to be ok, how to stop treating our mental health like it’s some big secret.
This episode also discusses raising awareness around suicide prevention, how we can be there for each other, the importance of seeking support and Dr. RóisÃn Chambers shares her insights around this topic.
