Adam meets Paul Jones from The Manfreds, formerly Manfred Mann, coming our way on tour.

Adam meets Paul Jones, one of the only remaining original members of The Manfreds, formerly Manfred Mann in the 60s. They're coming to Dartford on tour to perform their huge hits including Do Wah Diddy Diddy, Pretty Flamingo and The Mighty Quinn.

Adam also chats to Barricade Boy, performing at this year's Guildford Fringe Festival.

And our resident film critic Larushka Ivan-Zadeh talks us through this week's releases on the big screen.
