Celebrity fashion and costume designer Melissa Simon-Hartman joins Rampage

Melissa Simon-Hartman is a London-born artist who specializes in custom hand-crafted fashion and costume pieces. Drawing heavily from her Trinidadian and Ghanaian heritage she has designed for Beyonce, Doja Cat, Stefflon Don and Wizkid and joins Rampage to talk Fashion and Carnival.
