Current Radio 3 New Generation Artist, the brilliant 23-year-old saxophonist Emma Rawicz is joined at the Octagon Chapel in Norwich by four of the brightest rising stars on the UK and European jazz scene.
Emma brought them together for this concert to play an hour of new music written specifically for this unique quintet instrumentation: the voice of Immy Churchill and Emma's saxophone on the frontline and an all-star rhythm section, in the unusual constellation of the vibraphone of Jonny Mansfield, the double bass of Freddie Jensen and the drums of Marc Michel.
