Oliver Hides takes your calls on coal tips and ME.
Are they providing enough money to address the safety issues at coal tips? What does a new genetic study mean for ME sufferers? And do you love or loath clowns?
Rachel Reeves is visiting Wales today to see the work being done to protect communities from disused coal tips. The Treasury is providing 140 million pounds to make over 130 disused coat tips safe. Combined with Welsh Government investment, the total funding figure reaches 220 million pounds. However, experts are concerned this isn’t enough money to address safety issues, so what do you think?
A genetic study has shown that ME, or chronic fatigue syndrome, is a real illness. Researchers say many sufferers are disbelieved and this breakthrough proves “credibility and validity”. If you have ME, or know someone that does, tell us what this study means to you and what living with the condition is really like?
